I'm determined to get the take and back pizzas ready for sale by Monday, so stop in this week if you're wanting to try them. We'll have several flavors to choose from, and the crust is gluten-free and very filling. Also, we've been experimenting with sandwiches, and we'll be bringing back the Reuben on Monday--real sauerkraut and soy-free dressing. Next, one of our neighbors at the food court had her truck broken into Thursday night, so I'm ordering a large amount of veggie burger patties from her and we'll be creating our own sandwich based on that. Finally, we'll be posting up another video of one of our recipes on our Youtube channel this week, so stay tuned!
As for me, I'm rested, and I needed it desperately. It's why I take Shabbas and recharge. Sunday morning is my weekly long, epsom salt and essential oil-filled bath with good Youngevity shampoo soaked hair, and then I'm ready to start the week. If I didn't take a day off once a week, or try to, I'd never get anything done, I swear.
