Friday, I ordered the Impossible Burger from one of our suppliers, which you cannot find in grocery stores yet, and we revamped our Hawaiian Burger, finding ways to cut labor time on this bad boy, but also making our own vegan hamburger buns. Kris is supposed to be the sous chef, but honestly, I think he is one amazing boulanger, so he may be working some long hours doing both once we open the restaurant.
